Setting up Amazon Echo using web app:

1. Open https://alexa.amazon.com in your browser.

2. Log in with your credentials if you're not already logged in

3. Plug in and turn on your Echo

4. Let your device’s ring light turn to orange. You will now be able to see Echo in your Alexa web app as it was attached to your Amazon account. 

5.  Hold down the action button on the Echo for 5 seconds

6.  Now click on settings

7. Click set up a new device to configure your Echo

8. Choose the type of Echo you have

9. Select your Wi-Fi network in the web app.

10. Click connect

The Alexa web app has a very easy to use a layout that allows you to manage all your major Amazon Echo features. The news was first announced at CES 2018 that Amazon is introducing Alexa to Windows 10 PCs in collaboration with brands such as HP, Acer, and ASUS.
